Strudel with cherries


  • 430 g pitted cherries
  • 85 g peanut
  • 1 egg
  • 110 g of sugar
  • 25 g of powder flavoured
  • 270 g flour oat or wheat
  • 135 ml of milk
  • 3 g of salt
  • 20 ml oil
  • 25 g bread crumbs

Method of preparation

  • In a shallow dish and place flour, add salt. Pour the milk and half the butter, beat the egg, knead the dough. After left in the cold for twenty five minutes. For the filling, mix the cherries with bread crumbs, nuts and powdered.
  • Roll on the canvas, carefully pulling the dough, coat it with oil, place evenly the filling and wrap. Bake about thirty-five minutes.
