Carrots rubbed on a special grater for Korean carrot. Grated carrots need to add salt, mix well and leave to stand for half an hour.
Then add in salad with carrots, sugar and red pepper. Again mix well.
Peeled onions cut into large chunks and fry in vegetable oil.
Heated over a fire vegetable oil. Give it to cool slightly and add the vinegar.
Pour the carrots are still hot with oil, add the garlic (finely chopped or passed through chentaku) and carefully mix everything. Then you need to give the salad to brew for a couple of hours in the fridge.
