  • 500 gr. mushrooms
  • 1 kg zucchini
  • 300 gr. carrots
  • 200 gr. Luke
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt, sugar

Method of preparation

  • To prepare vegetables for further processing: mushrooms, onions, and carrots, peel the tomatoes and courgettes thoroughly washed and cut the tails off. After that, you should cut the mushrooms and fry them. At this time, chop the zucchini and onion, grate the carrots.
  • When the mushrooms become Golden color, add in the cauldron, zucchini, and onions. Saute and add carrots. Once the vegetables are well cooked through , you should season them with grated tomatoes, salt and sugar, mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
