Zucchini stuffed with minced meat
- 2 zucchini
- 2 bulbs
- 1/2 kg minced chicken
- 200 g hard cheese
- 1 pack of mayonnaise
Method of preparation
- Take two small squash, cut them in two parts in height. Select all the inside to the skin, about 3 or 4 millimeters. Take the chopped onion and fry in a skillet.
- Then add mince and spices and fry for another few minutes. When the stuffing has cooled, blend in zucchini, then a layer of grated cheese. And all this mayonnaise. Put in oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
