Zucchini stuffed with minced meat


  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 bulbs
  • 1/2 kg minced chicken
  • 200 g hard cheese
  • 1 pack of mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation

  • Take two small squash, cut them in two parts in height. Select all the inside to the skin, about 3 or 4 millimeters. Take the chopped onion and fry in a skillet.
  • Then add mince and spices and fry for another few minutes. When the stuffing has cooled, blend in zucchini, then a layer of grated cheese. And all this mayonnaise. Put in oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
