Soup of yoghurt with rice


  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 grams of rice
  • 50 grams of butter
  • greens
  • salt, pepper, seasonings

Method of preparation

  • Soup of yoghurt, rice is simply prepared and has an original, interesting taste that leaves no one indifferent. For a start, sweat the onion, place in a saucepan, cover with water and boil with the rice for 10-15 minutes. Then add in a dish of yogurt, and cook the soup for another 10 minutes. At this stage the soup is almost ready. It remains only to add herbs, salt, seasoning, simmer soup for another 5 minutes. Before serving, add the dish of raw egg yolks.
