Wild boar cutlets

Kotleti s boar


  • 500 g of pulp boar
  • 5 pieces of onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 potato
  • 1 fresh egg
  • salt to taste
  • 5 g pepper
  • 1 slice of any bread
  • 5 cups of flour
  • vegetable oil

Method of preparation

  • To mince the pulp, onion, garlic cloves, bread, potatoes. Add salt, pepper, break the egg and mix everything. Pour the flour on a plate and make meat patties, sprinkle them with flour and put to fry in a heated pan with oil. Fry them with 1 hand and with the other, then do a slow fire and simmer for about 30 minutes. Eat with vegetable salad.
