Vegetables in batter

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper at discretion
  • 30 g dill
  • 200 ml of boiled water
  • 1 egg
  • 300 g flour

Method of preparation

  • Potatoes, carrots, zucchini to shred on a coarse grater. Onions and broccoli finely chop. Mix all the vegetables. Connect the pepper and salt. To make the batter: egg and water, whisk, add salt and flour, mix well.
  • To attach the vegetables to the batter and mix well. Heat the pan with vegetable oil and bake like pancakes on both sides. Spread on a dish and decorate with dill. Eat with sour cream.
