Vegetable soup with dumplings


  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2-2,5 liters of water
  • Beans, pre-soaked(optional)
  • Any mushrooms(optional)
  • Half a Cup of flour
  • A glass of water
  • Salt, pepper
  • Sunflower oil
  • Greens

Method of preparation

  • In a container of water in which to cook the soup, to lower cut on cubes of peeled potatoes. Additionally, you can put dry mushrooms or beans for richness. Put to boil on a medium heat.
  • To combine flour and water for the dough for dumplings. The batter should be not too runny. A little spoon to take the dough and add to the soup, boiling.
  • Peeled carrots to RUB, the onion chop. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, later to combine with the soup.
  • If the dumplings will float to the surface, so the soup is ready. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
