Vegetable soup in slow cooker
Ingredients
- 3 PCs Potatoes
- 1 PC. Carrot
- 1.7 litres Water
- 1 Cup Lentils
- 1 PC. Onion
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and favorite spices added to taste
Method of preparation
- Include «Baking» and lightly fry the onion with the carrots. Add the potatoes and lentils. Pour water. Add salt to taste and, if desired, add spices. Turn on mode » Stewing «. The time on the timer install, about 1.5 hours, but more may be necessary, as the lentils cooked quite a long time. At the end you can add favorite herbs for beauty and smell.
