Vegetable salad with squid


  • 200 grams squid
  • 1/2 canned olives pitted banks
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 3-4 share of garlic
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sweet pepper

Method of preparation

  • First you need to clean the insides of the squid, boil them and slice. For the marinade mix oil with lemon juice and chesnochek, add the mustard and salt to your taste. For 15-20 minutes you need to soak the squid in the prepared marinade.
  • Chop the peppers and tomatoes, the olives cut into quarters. Remove the marinated squid and mix with other ingredients to flavor it before serving the parsley.
