Vegetable salad with beans
- 1 can white beans
- 1 can (equal amount of beans) marinated whole mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 200 g of white soy cheese
- 50 grams of lean rye bread cubes
- 50 g of any lean mayonnaise
- dill chopped
- salt, garlic
Method of preparation
- To drain the bean juice and pour the beans into the Cup. Mushrooms cut into quarters, and white cheese and onion cubes.
- Mix all ingredients, add croutons. Salt, add mayonnaise, thrill — garlic.
- Salad serve immediately, until softened crackers.
