Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 2-4 cloves of garlic
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • Dill
  • Oil, salt

Method of preparation

  • Finely chop the dill and grate the garlic (you can skip through a garlic press).
  • Add the onion, fennel and garlic to the potatoes. If necessary, puree salt may be added. You must then add mashed bread crumbs.
  • To prepare the cutlets with mashed potatoes, you should make balls and slightly flatten them. You can planirovat future cutlets in flour or breadcrumbs. Burgers need to fry until crust.
