Vegetable potato cakes
- 5 potatoes
- 1 bulb onion
- 2-4 cloves of garlic
- Oil, salt
Method of preparation
- Peel the potatoes. Cut it into several parts. Boil the potatoes and prepare a puree. In a pan fry the onions, cut small cubes.
