Vegetable noodle soup
- 0.15 kg of fresh mushrooms (can be dried)
- 1 onion
- 2 PCs potatoes
- 1 carrot root
- 4 sm celery root
- 2 tbsp. pasta (vermicelli)
- salt, spices
Method of preparation
- Prepared potatoes cut into small pieces to have a good seethe, and carrots in fine julienne. Celery root peeled and cut in half. Then vegetables are dipped in boiling drinking water.
- In water, add salt and spices.
- Processed chop onions and spasserovat it on a preheated vegetable oil along with the mushrooms, pre-treated.
- Before you pour in the vegetable broth, the noodles, you need to remove the root of the celery and Bay leaf. Then add the browned onions and mushrooms and cook vegetable noodle soup for another 7 minutes, until cooked pasta. Let the soup to infuse.
- Pour the soup into the dish and fill with greens.
