Vegetable lentil soup


  • 1 Cup lentils

    (peeled and washed)

  • 1 onion (medium)
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 150 ml oil (any vegetable)
  • 2 tsp salt

Method of preparation

  • The benefit of lentils made it very popular in cooking.
  • First we need to chop the vegetables. So the soup was tender, should be cut small cubes.
  • In a pot heat oil and fry onions, then simmer the carrots and peppers. As the vegetables will get lethargy, to the sauce add the grated garlic and tomato. Fry until evaporation of the tomato.
  • Then pour 1.5 liters of water and add the lentils to the boiling water.
  • To the soup add salt and cook for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked. A sprig of greenery adds beauty and fragrance.
