  • 1 onion
  • 2 spoons of semolina
  • 4-5 peas of fragrant pepper

  • 30 -40 g of sunflower oil

Method of preparation

  • From the resulting mass to form wet hands cutlets, coat them with oil and place in a steamer about 20 minutes until tender.
