  • 700 grams beef
  • 100 grams sweet onion (white or Crimean)
  • 200 gr oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tomato (medium)
  • 70 g white bread
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • black, white and allspice

Method of preparation

  • Grind veal (mostly first grade) frozen, mushrooms, peeled tomato and the bread dry. Chopped onion, along with other components attached to the meat.
  • In a frying pan at a maximum temperature provided by meatballs ruddy appearance. Bring to the ready state, wearying in the oven for half an hour, setting the mode to 150 degrees.
