Turkey vegetables


  • 500 g Turkey
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Onion 1
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 150 grams eggplant
  • salt and spices

Method of preparation

  • Cut the slices of Turkey mixed with mayonnaise and add spices. Leave it for 20 minutes. Tomatoes and eggplant cut into slices. Chopped onion to throw in the pan, attach fillet. In the end, add the tomatoes with the eggplant.
