Turkey meatballs


  • Turkey meat is 0.6 kg
  • Onion-1pc
  • Carrot-1 small
  • Potato-1 medium
  • Garlic-1 clove
  • Mayonnaise or sour cream-1tbsp spoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread-1 piece
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Sunflower oil for frying

Method of preparation
