Tuna in tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tuna
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 tomato
  • 20 gr. wine
  • 0.5 packs of breadcrumbs
  • parsley

Method of preparation

  • The first step is clean the fish, remove the skin, remove the bones, salt, pepper and fry from all sides. In a separate frying pan fry the garlic, onion and tomatoes until the mixture becomes thick.
  • Strain the mixture into a colander, add salt to taste, wine and pepper. Take an ovenproof tray, pour the contents, then put tuna, embellish the breadcrumbs and parsley. Roast until it will turn brown.
