Tomatoes in Armenian


  • 2 kg unripe tomato
  • 3 pod of hot pepper
  • 3 medium heads of garlic
  • 30 g of beet sugar
  • 70 g of vinegar
  • cilantro
  • parsley
  • dill
  • salt
  • 2 liters of cold water

Method of preparation
