Tomato soup with rice


  • 600 gr of beef on the bone
  • ½ Cup rice
  • 900 gr. tomato
  • Cup of peas
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 parsley root
  • 1 onion
  • a small piece of celery
  • salt, pepper, Basil

Method of preparation

  • Cook beef broth. While the broth is cooking, blanchere tomatoes: to do this, cut it crosswise and throw them in boiling water for 20 seconds, then quickly dip them in cold water and remove the skins. Pass the tomatoes through a blender.
  • Cooked in the broth, omit the onion, pre-piercing it in several parts. Krupnosortnogo then add carrots, celery and parsley. Cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Filter the broth. Meat cut into cubes and add to the broth clean along with thoroughly washed rice.
  • After 10 minutes add the peas and tomato puree. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add Basil and leave on the heat for another 10 minutes. Tomato soup with rice is ready!
