Tofu with mushrooms in Chinese


  • 230 g firm tofu
  • 7 dried mushrooms siitake
  • 450 ml of water
  • 60 ml Dashi
  • 25 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml sake
  • 30 ml of any vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium carrots
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Method of preparation

  • To get tofu from the packaging, carefully wash, dry and cut in the shape of cubes. Pepper grind. To omit the mushrooms for 20 minutes in cold water.
