Thai soup with tofu


  • 100 g tofu
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 2 stalks of cilantro or coriander
  • 1 piece of red pepper
  • 3.5 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 50 g of wheat noodle
  • 100 g fresh mushrooms
  • 2 PCs. carrots
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Method of preparation

  • In the broth add the cilantro, ginger, garlic, pepper. Bring to the boil, and tightly cover with a lid and cook for 25-30 minutes. Tofu marinated in soy sauce for 20-25 minutes. Boil noodles and place on 4 plates.
  • Broth drain, add the marinade with tofu and soy sauce, mushrooms, carrots and simmer for a few minutes until soft. Then tofu with vegetables onto plates with noodles, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with cilantro.
