  • 500 grams of flour
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 350 g of margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 500 gr powdered sugar
  • salt, soda
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 0,5 tbsp. cream
  • grapes
  • 3 PCs kiwi
  • 1 PCs orange
  • 2 PCs banana
  • jelly bags

Method of preparation

  • 250 grams of margarine, stir with 250 grams of powdered sugar, not stopping the process beat the egg and the yolk, fill up the soda, neutralized with lemon juice, lemon zest, flour, knead the dough. From dough to bake tarts using forms. Into molds to spread thin circles of dough, pierce with something sharp and bake for 20 minutes at 180°.
  • All fruit is carefully cut. Prepare cream: beat butter with powdered sugar, adding cream. Jelly to dissolve. Cooled in the molds to spread the cream, then the fruit, put the jelly to thicken.
