Ingredients

  • 1 PCs big eggplant
  • 100 grams green bell pepper
  • 100 g red bell pepper
  • 100 gr onion
  • 1 PCs big eggplant

  • 0,25 tsp. dried, ground ginger
  • 2 the tooth. garlic
  • 10 grams of vinegar (rice)
  • 10 gr sugar
  • 20 g of soy sauce
  • 60 gr vegetable oil

Method of preparation

  • Vegetables you need to wash the garlic and peel the onion, do the same with the eggplant, after you clean cut it into cubes, cover with salted water and leave for half an hour, what would the taste was delicate and without bitterness.
  • Meanwhile, make slicing vegetables, onion, bell peppers cut medium dice. Onions together with garlic in a saucepan blanshirovat 2 minutes, then add the peppers and simmer for another few minutes. Preheat the frying pan and put eggplant that need to sauté 5 minutes.
  • Mixing all the ingredients, season them with sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, add ginger, mix well and under cover, simmer 10 minutes. To serve the guests both hot and cold, to taste sprinkle with herbs for decoration and aroma of the meals.
