Sour-licorice gastri soup


  • 200 gr of mushrooms
  • 2 PCs chicken fillet
  • 1 liter of chicken broth
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 piece large carrot
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (rice)
  • 2 tbsp sugar granules
  • 2 tbsp sauce (soy)
  • 1 tbsp of dry white wine
  • 100 grams of green onions
  • Hot spices to taste

Method of preparation

  • Cook fillets in 1 liter of water, then the broth needed for the soup. Sauté mushrooms until fully cooked, chicken breast cut into strips, do the same with the carrots.
  • Then put the saucepan with the broth on the fire, add the chicken, chopped mushrooms, carrots, then season with vinegar, pepper and chilli pepper and leave on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile you can prepare the mixture of soy sauce, starch, sugar, and wine, pour it in the boiling soup. Also, add the egg, which before this whisk, it should wait until it will minimize and remove the broth from heat. The dish is ready, before serving, add green onions to each plate, Bon appetit.
