Sweet-and-licorice soup


  • 2 Breasts of chicken with fresh
  • 1 carrot
  • 0.2 kg of mushrooms
  • 1 liter of chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • pepper red and black
  • salt is at the discretion of the
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 60 g sugar
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 egg

Method of preparation

  • Breast and carrots to chop straws, mushrooms crushed. Place into hot broth, add pepper. Cook for 8 minutes. In the container mix the starch, sugar, wine and sauce. Pour a thin stream into the broth.
  • Beat the egg. Pour it into the broth and turn the heat off. Cooked soup to divide on plates and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
