Stewed squid

The squid tuscolani


  • 0.5 kg of squid
  • 250 g of shoots of pepper and cucumber (canned)
  • 100 ml of peanut butter
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 250 g Chinese mushrooms (dried)
  • 1 tbsp starch
  • 50 g ginger

Method of preparation

  • Dried mushrooms, pour hot water, leave for half an hour. Then separate the stem of mushrooms and finely chop caps. Squid rinse it under water, carefully clean, remove film. Slice the squid into thin slices and pour hot water.
  • Preheat the pan, add peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, mushrooms, starch. A little put out, then put in a pot squid and green shoots. Fry on high heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
