  • 150 gr. carrots
  • 30g. of sweet cream butter
  • 30 gr. homemade heavy cream
  • 30 ml of oil from sunflower seeds without flavor
  • 1 bunch of green coriander
  • Bogorodskaya grass (thyme)
  • black pepper
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • Liver proverjaem a quarter of an hour. Grind using a meat grinder. In the mixture of oils with cream passeruem chopped carrots with onions. Combined vegetables, liver, and fry spices with 5 minutes after brought to a homogeneous condition, applying a blender.
