Spinach with egg and cheese


  • 500 g spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 0.2 kg of cheese, sour-cream
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 80 grams of vegetable oil
  • salt and spices according to taste desire

Method of preparation

  • Spinach finely chop and fry in vegetable oil 7 minutes. The eggs open and pour into the pan, mix well. Put salt and all spices.
  • Grate the cheese finely and add to spinach, chop garlic on a small grater and put into the pan. Stir and fry for about 7 minutes. Spread on a saucer and put it on top of the tomatoes. Serve hot.
