Spanish doughnuts churros


  • 4 cups of water
  • 2-3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • olive or vegetable oil
  • sugar

Method of preparation

  • For a start, boil water by adding oil and salt. Next, take the flour, with a teaspoon of sugar and baking powder, immediately vsypte the ingredients in the water. Then, stir to make dough smooth. Toss so that the mixture was not different lumps. Leave the dough to stand for 30 minutes.
  • Take a deep frying pan, pour a lot of oil, heat to 200°C. After that, place the dough in small portions in a frying pan, then fry the churros. At the end of cooking, pour on top of sugar.
