Soup with lentils


  • 450 g green lentils
  • 120 g tomato
  • 2.6 l of water
  • 150 g onion
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g carrots
  • 210 g of the hunting sausages
  • 10 g of salt
  • a pinch of Italian herbs

Method of preparation

  • In a pot pour water to boil and throw the lentils and boil for forty minutes. At the same time in a frying pan fry the onion, carrots, tomatoes. Pour the vegetables into the soup, cook for another eight minutes, then pour chopped sausage rings, garlic and Italian herbs. Cover with a lid and leave for 15 to 18 minutes to draw.
