Soup with beef


  • 1.3 kg beef
  • 2 pieces carrots
  • 1 stuff bell pepper
  • 5 things medium potatoes
  • 3 things small onions
  • 2 pieces tomatoes
  • 1 thing Bay leaf or Basil
  • dill, green onions, cilantro
  • salt to taste
  • black, red pepper, cumin, coriander

Method of preparation

  • Boil broth with large pieces of beef. Put in it one onion, one carrot and Bay leaf or Basil. 20 minutes later the vegetables, remove from broth and put in it rings of carrots, onion and one third of the spices.
  • Continue to boil for 20 minutes and place in soup tomatoes, sliced into quarters. Then after 10 minutes put the potatoes. After preparing to throw the bell pepper, cut into wedges, greens, seasonings and salt to taste. After boiling, cook for 10 more minutes and let stand for 15 minutes.
