Soup of the stew
- 1 can of corned beef
- 1 small carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
Method of preparation
- Fried in sunflower or olive oil onions, add the carrots cut in large rings. After five minutes of roasting in a pan pour a special structure.
- The composition is prepared this way: cut tomatoes and mix with finely chopped garlic. Tomatoes should be juicy to juice it, then extinguishing water is not required.
- After ten minutes in case of fire, throw the stew and add water. Then things shift in a pot of boiling water, add the rice and cilantro. After 4 minutes, the soup kharcho ready.
