Shrimp salad and cucumber in Chinese
- 2 fresh cucumber
- 250 g of fresh shrimp
- 1 tbsp vinegar, 6%
- 0,5 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- mayonnaise or plain yogurt
Method of preparation
- The shrimp is well cleaned and boiled. Balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt to make a dressing. Marinate shrimp for 5 minutes. Then put in a colander and let the liquid drain out.
- Meanwhile, fresh cucumbers to cut thin straws or arc form. Dill finely chop. Mix the dill, cucumber and shrimp.
- The sauce for the salad. Take a light mayonnaise or plain yogurt, add the grated horseradish and mustard. All very good stir , taste add sweet pepper, salt or sugar. Fill with this sauce salad. Served this salad chilled.
