Shrimp fries rice noodles

Ingredients

  • 10 peeled shrimps

    with tails

  • 100 g thin rice noodles
  • 1 lemon
  • 200 ml vegetable oil
  • a pinch of tarragon and black pepper
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • At room temperature to defrost or certainly peeled large tiger prawns with tails. Lightly sprinkle them with sea salt, dry tarragon and black pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Separately pour thin rice noodles with salted boiling water, and after 7 minutes, drain it in a colander and drain off the water. Then divide the soft noodles into 10 pieces and wrap it around each shrimp.
  • To heat in a suitable oil pan, where you omit the shrimp, gently take hold of her tail special forceps. When noodles become a delicious Golden brown, put the snack on a paper or cloth napkin to remove excess fat. Serve immediately, adding a vegetable salad and chilled juice.
