Ribs with potatoes in the oven

Ingredients

  • 600 g veal chops
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 3 bulbs
  • 1 carrot
  • seasoning blend for meat
  • 1 packet of mayonnaise
  • culinary sleeve
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • Meat rinse, dry. Mix the mayonnaise with the seasoning blend and salt. RUB the ribs on all sides and set it aside for 15 minutes. Clean all vegetables and cut into slices about the same thickness. Sprinkle them with salt.
