Shorba chicken


  • 700 g chicken fillets
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 small carrots
  • 2 bulbs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt, ground black pepper
  • greens-to taste

Method of preparation

  • Preheat the pan with oil. Clean, chop and fry onion in a saucepan. Cut into small fillets and fry. Clean the peppers from seeds and the stalk. Cut into thin strips. Carrots cut into slices. Vegetables add to the pot and pour boiling water so that water covered the products. Bring to boil and reduce heat, simmer for 30-35 minutes.
  • Peeled potatoes cut into medium-sized squares, put in a pot so that it was covered with water. When potatoes are cooked, add a couple of crushed garlic cloves. Allow to stand for 30-40 minutes.
