Scrambled eggs with tomatoes


  • 1 tomato
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 50 gr. butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation

  • Finely chop the tomatoes and onions. Whisk in a bowl two eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together. Put on the heat a pan and grease with butter.
  • Once pan has heated toss the tomatoes with the onion, fry for five minutes and pour beaten eggs. Cover with a lid, three minute eggs are ready. To turn is not desirable. There are best warm, otherwise the taste will change.
