Scrambled eggs in Armenian


  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • greens-to taste
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation

  • Onions cut into strips, fry in preheated pan with sunflower oil. Bulgarian pepper clear from the core, also cut into sticks and send to the onions. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Tomatoes for half a minute dip in boiling water, remove the skins, cut into small pieces, add to the vegetables to stew for 5 minutes. Eggs to drive with the vegetables, season with salt and pepper and fry until ready. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs to taste.
