Buns at Easter


  • 500 ml of water
  • 50 g of yeast
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 300 g flour

Method of preparation

  • In warm boiled water to dissolve the yeast. Add sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Mix well. Then gradually add the flour, stirring well. The ready dough put in a plastic bag, carefully removing from it air. Package tie and put in large container of cold water.
  • When the package with the test POPs up, you can bake scones. To get the dough on the table sprinkled with flour. To form the buns, brush the top with beaten white and bake in the oven at a temperature of 240-250C. The finished rolls sprinkle with powdered sugar.
