Satsebeli Georgian

Ingredients

  • 200 g tomato paste without starch
  • 2-4 large cloves of garlic
  • half a teaspoon of coriander you can substitute hops-suneli
  • bunch fresh cilantro or parsley
  • half a teaspoon of acute adzhika
  • small onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • turmeric, imeritinsky saffron to taste

Method of preparation

  • Wash the cilantro, if necessary, grind the coriander, peel the garlic. Finely chopped garlic mixed with cheese and other spices in a mortar. The resulting mixture was put into a jar.
  • Pour the garlic and spices a few spoonfuls of boiling water and mix well. Add in a can of tomato paste and then top up with cold boiled water to the desired thickness.
  • Wash, chop the cilantro, add to other ingredients. Finely chop the onion, put in a jar of salt, add sugar and mix. Give a little brew.
