Sashimi of salmon
- 300-400 grams of fresh salmon (fillet)
- 150-200 g of cucumber
- pickled ginger
- 2-4 slices of lemon
- soy sauce
Method of preparation
- Wash the cucumber, peel and cut into thin strips or plates. Fish fillet is cut well sharpened knife into thin slices and presentable to put on wooden boards or ceramic dish for serving. On top of the salmon to put a slide sliced cucumber (or put on Your wish).
- Along with the sashimi on the plate you can put a little ginger, wasabi and decorate one or two lemon wedges. Be sure to serve with the main dish a small plate with soy sauce.
