• 750 ml red wine not dry
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 oranges
  • 2 sour Apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 brush of grapes
  • 200 ml rum
  • 120 g of sugar beet

Method of preparation

  • All fruit to be washed in cold tap water. Half oranges, lemon, apples , nectarine and pear cut into slices. Dissolve in a jar of sugar, Bay rum. Pour the chopped fruit and leave in the cold for a couple of hours. Squeeze out of the remaining oranges and grape juice along with chilled wine to add to the jug with fruit.
  • Pour the drink into glasses, put in every little bit of fruit.
