- 2 eggs
- 8 slices of bread
- 1 onion
- 10-20 g of mayonnaise or butter
- 4 circles of sausage
Method of preparation
- Boil eggs for 7-9 minutes, after removing from heat place the eggs in a bowl of cold water so they are easier to clean up and faster to cool.
- Chilled eggs clean, then carefully cut along. Onion cut into thin rings.
- 4 slices of bread should be spread with mayonnaise or butter–as you like. On top each of the slices place onions, half of an egg and a slice of sausage, then cover it all with another slice and press down firmly on the pre-made sandwiches.
