Salad with pumpkin and feta


  • 1 small pumpkin
  • Feta – 200 g
  • 1 red onion
  • Arugula – 150 g
  • Wine vinegar (red)– 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 7 tbsp
  • Ground Jeera – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper, salt
  • The pine nuts

Method of preparation

  • The pumpkin clean and finely chop. The pieces fold into the pan or form, to water three olive oil (3 tablespoons), sprinkle with spices and bake in oven (200 degrees) for exactly 35 minutes.
  • Oil, vinegar, pepper and salt until smooth.
  • Feta cut into medium cubes, peeled onion thin half-rings. The rocket wash and dry. Pour the pumpkin and cream cheese in a deep dish, pour with the dressing. Salad not to mix! Pine nuts to sprinkle over the dish.
