Salad with olives
- 150 g olives
- 150 g of black olives
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- 1 large orange
- 1 medium chili pepper
- 3-4 tbsp oil (preferably olive)
- greens chopped, salt, ground black pepper, to taste
Method of preparation
- Olives cut in half, after removing the bones. Chili pepper cut in half, remove seeds, cut into small cubes. Garlic cut into thin slices. The above ingredients should be mixed in the bowl.
- Orange zest, finely grated, add fresh juice, vegetable oil, chopped herbs, black pepper and salt. The resulting marinade to dress a salad, mix well.
