Salad with olives and rice


  • 1 tomato
  • 0.5 cups of cedar nuts
  • 0.5 cups of cranberries
  • one Cup of rice
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 0,5 Cup of olives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar

Method of preparation

  • In a bowl, add the cranberries, cover it and let sit for 14 minutes. In a salad bowl alternately put: boiled rice, chopped olives, nuts, chopped tomato, parsley and garlic. Drain the water from the present of cranberry and add it to the salad.
  • In a bowl, create the special sauce: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 teaspoon lime juice, rice vinegar and pour the resulting consistency of the contents of the Cup. Mix thoroughly cooked.
