  • 50 grams celery root
  • 100 g of boiled chicken breast
  • 50 grams of bell peppers
  • 50 grams blue cheese
  • 1 bunch of greens
  • 3 tbsp. bulgur
  • 50 grams of yoghurt for the filling

Method of preparation

  • You need to cook bulgur according to the instructions. Boil the breast, then slice it thin strips. Pepper and celery likewise cut into thin strips. To add the cooled bulgur and mix. Greens finely chop, cheese cut into small cubes. At the end add the yogurt and stir the resulting mass.
