Olivier bacon


  • 3 potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of canned peas
  • 200 g bacon
  • 2 pickled cucumber
  • 1 onions
  • 100-150 g of mayonnaise
  • Ground black pepper

Method of preparation

  • Potatoes, eggs cook in the pan, then dipped in cool water, allow to cool products. Peel the potatoes, egg release from the shell, cut into cubes. Cucumbers, cut the bacon the same way. Onions, cleaned, cut.
  • In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients: diced potato, egg, cucumber, chopped onion, peas, mayonnaise. Olivier stir, lightly season with pepper. Allowed to replace the mayonnaise with sour cream.
  • Add to the salad with a sprig of parsley for aesthetic beauty.
